Womens Health Issues
Although both sexes often share similar health risks like stroke, cancer and heart
disease, womens can and often do exhibit different symptoms of the same exact illness that a man might
have.
For example everyone knows that when someone has a heart attack they have chest pain.
Although this is true for men it isn't always true for women. A women may have no chest pain at all even though
they are experiencing a heart attack.
And then there are a host of diseases that are
particular to women such as ovarian and breast cancer. Menopausal and pregnancy issues like dealing with morning
sickness, baby blues etc.
There are also some diseases that will
strike women in a much higher percentage than men. For example depression and anxiety related
illnesses. Women are twice as likely to struggle with these issues than men and it isn't related to racial
background or income related factors. Other womens health issues are osteoarthritis and constipation where women are also
twice as likely to have issues with constipation than men.
And lastly there are differences how women are effected by an illness. For example
womens heart attack survival rates are much lower than mens. (The exact reason isn't known but many believe it may
have something to do with physically having a smaller heart.)
The good news about all this complexity in handling women's health problems is
that there are safe and effective natural cures or home remedies to handle and or reduce the symptoms. Some
nutritional home remedies will flat-out cure the problem. Here is a list of some common women's health issues that
