  • For the ingredients, you will need ¾ ounces of shaved beeswax (it is not advisable to use paraffin wax),
  • One cup of vegetable oil, one cup of distilled water,
  • 800 IU of Vitamin E (from a gel capsule) and
  • 24 drops of rose geranium oil.

Heat the beeswax and oil in one pot until the wax melts. In another pot, heat the water. Once it has become warm, put the water in a blender. Turn it on while slowly adding the oil and beeswax mixture. Keep adding the mixture until its texture has become creamy. Place this in a container and keep it at room temperature.

  • Mix one ounce of almond oil
  • One capsule IU of Vitamin E
  • Two drops of geranium essential oil.
  • Apply it inside and outside the vagina at least twice a day for better results.

Geranium oil helps balance the hormones and tones up the body’s water and waste removal system. Almond oil, meanwhile, is a good source of estrogen.

A good menopause natural treatment for PMS (pre menstrual syndrome) is evening primrose oil. It is a good source of GLA (Gamma Linoleic Acid) which is known to improve the body’s response to pain. Other menstrual related symptoms which evening primrose oil help fight include mood changes, headaches, breast tenderness, fluid retention and irritability. The recommended dosage is 500mg capsule for everyday for two weeks before increasing it to four 500mg capsules everyday on the week before menstruation.

To reduce hot flashes, women are advised to drink at least eight glasses of steam-distilled water each day. Women can also place a few drops of these oil on a cloth or tissue and bring it with them to provide relief from hot flashes no matter where they are.
