The first step is the soap base or what is also known as the melt and pour method. Melt it at low heat. If you will be using the cold process, add 3 parts water into one part lye. Make sure to mix it well. Next, add to the base 10 drops of Avocado oil, 8 drops of Almond oil, 5 drops of Jojoba oil, 5 drops of Shea butter, 30 drops of coconut oil and 1- drops of Palm oil. Mix the ingredients well over low heat or around 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Pour this into a mold and allow it to cool for 2 hours before placing it in your refrigerator for another 2 to 3 hours. After doing so, unmold the soap and you can start using it.

 Goat’s Milk is also thought to be effective in treating Eczema which is why many people suffering from it use soaps that contain it. You can use Goat’s Milk as your soap base when making your natural Eczema soap.

Besides learning how to make natural Eczema soap, people should also try making a natural hand and body cleansing paste. This can be done by putting Kale (you can use Watercress instead), Comfrey Root, Orange peel and White Willow Bark in warm The first step is the soap base or what is also known as the melt and pour method. Melt it at low heat.water. The ratio is 1 cup of water for every herb. After 10 minutes, strain it and add half a cup of finely grated oatmeal. Prepare mucilage (a thick substance produced by plants) of Quince or Tragacanth and slowly pour into it the oatmeal and herb mixture. Mix well until it has turned into paste.

Both Kale and Watercress are effective in cleansing the skin. Oatmeal meanwhile helps soothe irritated and inflamed skin. Comfrey and White Willow Bark are herbs that are used particularly for healing purposes. You can apply this paste on affected areas or even use it as a compress.

It is recommended to take Flax Seed oil and Omega 3 internally when using the natural soap in order to notice the results faster. These also help in reducing other symptoms associated with Eczema.
