Home Remedies For Eczema and How to Treat Eczema

More people today choose to try home remedies for Eczema because these barely have side effects and are more affordable too. Although people suffering from Eczema can easily buy over the counter products for their condition, many still opt to treat it the natural way.

What is Eczema? It is a skin condition in which people experience having inflamed, reddish and dry skin. Its exact cause remains unknown up to now although factors that have been linked to it include the body’s inability to detoxify and having a faulty metabolism. Allergies and environmental factors are also believed to aggravate it. Here are some of the must try home remedies for Eczema.

  • In a glass jar, soak 4 grams of Wormwood and 4 grams of Kutki in 125 grams of water.
  •  Make sure it has a lid and leave it overnight.
  • The next morning, strain it and drink the water.
  • Continuously add 125 grams of water to the jar that has the Wormwood and Kutki for four days and do the same procedure that has been mentioned above.
  • Do this for 2 to 4 weeks in order to notice the results. Wormwood is good in detoxifying the body while Kutki is an herb used to cleanse the blood of impurities.

To use strawberries to treat Eczema, crush 4 to 5 pieces and extract the juice. Apply the pulp to the affected area and put a cotton bandage over it. The strawberry paste can be applied to the skin 3 to 4 times a day for at least 1 to 2 weeks. This will help reduce the frequency and severity of skin inflammation due to Eczema.
